Learn how to prevent and relieve shoulder pain during your workouts!

Dealing with constant shoulder issues? We’ve all had those tired aches and pains when lifting or simply doing repetitive overhead activities day to day. However, reoccurring (and often sharp) pain in the shoulder shouldn’t be considered “normal”. Whether it’s volume, speed, load or technique...everyone has a capacity to which they can sustain certain movements. An interactive workshop on all things pelvis for women who want to take a lifestyle approach to maximizing their health

What you will learn:
Take a deep dive into all aspects of your pelvis- from top to bottom, inside and out. We’ll discuss basic anatomy, nutrition, exercise, and even stress management to support spinal health, hip mobility, and even the lady bits. Any woman may benefit from this workshop, particularly those who have experienced pregnancy, childbirth, abdominal surgery, mild incontinence, or pre/peri/post-menopausal symptoms.

How to prepare:

Throw on your yoga pants, grab your mat and join us for a fun night of discussion, movement, and some fun freebies. Light refreshments will be provided.

Last year a group of elementary girls organized the inaugural Lemon Trails 5K Run/Walk. With the support of the community and family/friends they were able to raise over $10,500 to be donated to Alex's Lemonade Stand to support pediatric cancer research. We are excited to announce that the 2nd Annual Lemon Trails 5K Run/Walk will be June 22, 2019! Mark your calendars and look for more exciting news to come.
